The Best Start in Martial Arts
At Catch Jiu Jitsu, our curriculum goes beyond simple, repetitive drills. We believe the best way for children to learn is by doing, not just memorizing. Our coaches set up fun, challenging scenarios that encourage children to explore, experiment, and find their own creative solutions. This unique, problem-solving approach builds natural instinct, adaptability, and true confidence that extends far beyond the mat.

What Our Parents Say
Learning to overcome difficulties and face setbacks is not an easy task, whether for children or adults. However, in the process of Jiu-Jitsu training, one can gradually learn methods of confrontation in the classes, both physical and psychological.
- Ma Qiaocheng (Beverly Ma) / Parent
"I have seen a significant increase in Tess's execution ability and willpower toward her goals, and her resilient side is something even I, as an adult, cannot match."
- Tess' Parent
"I've participated for two years, initially intending to learn self-defense. Although our goal is not competition, the coach's professionalism and patience are evident. For a child learning self-defense, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is absolutely the only choice!"
- Mu's Parent
Catch Tainan feels like a second family for us. The coaches are not only kind but also very professional — they know how to motivate and guide each child’s growth, both on and off the mats. We’ve seen our child become more confident, focused, and resilient. The parents’ community is also amazing and supportive; everyone encourages each other’s kids. We’re grateful to be part of this environment.
